This eid, enjoy a perfect mango dessert to celebrate the occasion make delicious mango Lab-e-Shireen to enjoy a perfect summer Eid gathering. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #Olpers #OlpersMilk #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3Nu9iSv Serves 8-10 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Aam (Mango) chunks 1 Cup -Water 1 & ¼ Cup -Instant jelly strawberry flavor 1 pack (80g) -China grass powder 1 tsp -Water 1 & ¼ Cup -Instant jelly mango flavor 1 pack (80g) -China grass powder 1 tsp -Olper’s Milk 1 & ½ litre -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste -Custard powder vanilla flavor 5-6 tbs or as required -Olper’s Milk ½ Cup -Ice cubes as required -Olper’s cream 200ml -Sawaiyan (Colored vermicelli) boiled ½ Cup (60g) -Aam (Mango) chunks 1 Cup -Mixed fruit cocktail strained 1 Cup -Red jelly cubes -Yellow jelly cubes -Badam (Almonds) chopped ¼ Cup -Pista (Pistachios) chopped ¼ Cup -Mango puree -Mango cubes -Dry nuts sliced Directions: -In a blender jug,add mango & blend well to make a puree (approx. ½ Cup) & set aside. Perfect Jelly Cubes: -In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil,add strawberry jelly powder,china grass powder & whisk well. -Transfer to a flat dish & let it cool at room temperature until set. -Cut into cubes & set aside. -In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil,add mango jelly powder,china grass powder & whisk well. -Transfer to a flat dish & let it cool at room temperature until set. -Cut into cubes & set aside. -In a wok,add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil. -In a bowl,add custard powder,milk & whisk well. -Now add dissolved custard in boiling milk,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens. -In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it. -Transfer prepared custard in a bowl & & let it cool while stirring on ice cubes. -Add prepared mango puree,cream & whisk until well combined. -Add boiled colored vermicelli,mango chunks,mixed fruit cocktail,red jelly cubes,yellow jelly cubes, almonds,pistachios & fold gently. -Garnish with mango puree,mango cubes,red & yellow jelly cubes,dry nuts & serve chilled!
