In this video we go in search of the site of the former Bohelland farmhouse, the scene of murder, betrayal and despair. In 1618 it was reported that there was the most bloody and tragic murder in Penryn of four people at Bohelland farmhouse. After the murder, the farmhouse lay deserted and gradually crumbled away, taking its tragic story with it. The locals shunned the house, and said it was cursed and haunted, and refused to work the land. So what has happened to the land today? Has it been built on? Are there any clues that the farmhouse existed? Let's go and take a closer look... The standard description bit… We are Sarah and Andrew and we film our walks around Cornwall and publish on YouTube, usually weekly. Sometimes we stay in accommodation in Cornwall and upload our vlog.
