Follow along in today's video as I prepare this beautiful two-pound tri-tip from Porter Road by seasoning it in advance, searing it on the PK Grills PK300 Aaron Franklin edition, and then making an off-the-hook bourbon cream sauce to finish it off! The ingredients I used for the sauce are as follows: 1 stick (8 tablespoons) of unsalted butter about 1 cup of sliced baby bella mushrooms 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic 1 tablespoon of Atlanta Grill Company Argentina Steak seasoning 1/4 to 1/2 cup of bourbon about 1 to 1 1/2 cups heavy cream This sauce can be whatever YOU want it to be! Important note though... this sauce needs to be used IMMEDIATELY. It will not hold up for reheating later.... Enjoy!
