TL;DR RIGHT AT THE END OF THE VIDEO Don't ask how, but I have the set. Thought I'd give you all the exact numbers so you can better theorycraft while waiting for it to release properly. The set bonus itself is amazing, but I'm not sure if it's worth giving up all other pieces for. Overall I don't think it'll see too much use except maybe on weapons that don't need a different set bonus, but I could be completely wrong and maybe this ends up meta defining. The 3 piece set on the other hand might go well with some sets that need all the element they can get (looking at you, ice cb) as it can be paired with base critical element.
