His Case Folding Hunter restoration videos rekindled my interest in this pattern.    • Case Folding Hunter part 1   Of the many knives labeled "Folding Hunter" this is one of my favorites and I believe Case makes the best traditional slip-joint 2 bladed Folding Hunter knives available today. Compared to my other "Folding Hunters" the Case iteration is equiped with an superior main blade. The combination of Saber and Hollow grinds results in improved tip strength and cutting performance. Despite the assertions of some, I found Case's stainless blade most satisfactory. It took an excellent edge and held it throughout three days of hard regular use. It's larger (than most) asymmetrical handle with the BoneStag scales look fantastic and is comfortable in my hand. Some describe it as BIG. To that I'd reply, it's BIG enough to do the jobs it was intended to do and capable of many more, large and small. I really like this knife.
