Join us as we move our Jersey Giant Flock to their fall/winter home. We move our flocks a few times per year. We find that because the Jerseys don't scratch as vigorously as the mixed breed flock, we can hold back and move them just two times per year. Our Mixed flock we move three times per year. Moving them saves our backs from tearing out the spring/summer gardens and it provides the birds with fresh veggies and vegetation.
