We have talking points on how to submit comments to the Bureau of Land Management to stop their plan to roundup and remove 1/3 to 1/2 of this small, iconic and well-loved herd. Birth control has been used successfully to keep the numbers small yet the BLM wants to remove a significant portion of the herd and start using GonaCon, a sterilant, on the mares instead of continuing the current program.
