PURPLE Ion Color Brilliance Permanent Purple review This is NOT Semi Permanent This is Permanent!!!!! Hair dye will get all over, use gloves and apply some vaseline on face so you can remove it off easily. Do not apply vaseline on hair lol! Hair dye comes out white yellowish but don’t be scared once you add developer it starts to turn purple in minutes, just keep mixing. I bought this hair dye on SallyBeauty.com for $6.49 and developer was free. I bought 4 dyes so i got 4 free developers. GO before that offer expires. This is MY OWN personal opinions and review....keep in mind my hair was light purple before i applied this dye on. I can not assure you that you will have the same results as me. I am NOT A PROFESSIONAL hair stylist. BUT i did a great job lol!
