Looking for real estate deals in detroit! shopping for new properties to flip in the 48224 zip code once again. We checked out 4 properties and I put in offers on 2 of them. One offer for $35k and another offer for $15k. They say if your not embarrassed about your offer you didn't offer low enough lol. I made the $35k offer on the last property, even though it has the lowest ARV, its the smallest house and has the least amount of repairs needed and also has been on the market the longest which leads me to believe that the owner might be willing to take a low ball offer because its almost winter and its already been sitting for close to a year.
