"Black Fog") is the secondary antagonist in the manga/anime series My Hero Academia. He is the League of Villains' second-in-command, and one of Tomura Shigaraki's most faithful servants. Like the rest of the League, he desires to kill All Might and help create a new world in Tomura's image.
