Whole Wheat Veg Pizza Recipe | Vegetarian Pizza With Atta | Wheat Pizza | Atta Pizza | Veg Pizza Recipe | Vegetarian Pizza Recipe | How to make Vegetarian Pizza | How to bake Pizza| Homemade Pizza Recipe | Pizza Recipe Ingredients required to make Whole Wheat Veg Pizza: Water- 1 cup Sugar- 1 tsp Yeast- 1 tsp Whole Wheat Flour/Aata- 2 cups (approx 100gms) Salt- 1 tsp Olive oil- 1 tbsp for dough and greasing pizza pan Pizza sauce Grated Mozzarella Cheese - 100gms Bell Pepper Green/Capsicum- 1 sliced lengthwise Onion- 1 sliced lengthwise Tomato- 1 sliced lengthwise Jalapenos- 10-15 Mixed Herbs- 1/2 tsp Oregano - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp optional Step by step preparation process of Vegetarian Pizza 1. Take a Bowl and add 1 cup of water 2. Add 1 tsp of sugar and mix it well 3. Add 1 tsp of yeast and mix it well 4. Rest it for 5 mins so that Yeast will activate and bloom. 5. Take a big bowl and add 2 cups about 100gms of whole wheat flour/Atta 6. Add 1 tsp salt and mix it 7. Add the required amount of yeast mixed water and knead the dough 8. Cover it and rest for a minimum of 1 hour so that pizza dough will become double the size 9. After 1 hour add some olive oil and knead the pizza dough for a minimum of 2 mins. 10. Grease the pizza pan with olive oil 11. Spread the pizza dough evenly on the pan 12. Press the edges 13. Make insertion with fork allover on the dough 14. Spread the pizza sauce all over the pizza dough 15. Add grated mozzarella cheese 16. Top it with your favourite veggies. I added Onion, bell pepper, tomato and jalapenos 17. Sprinkle Mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, oregano and garlic powder 18. Add more cheese 19. Pop into the oven and bake for 20-25 mins on 180°C/356°F 20.
