I don't want to miss a leg workout so I will perform these techniques to warm up my knee and quads before I train. Often times, after a few minutes of fascial release work, my knee feels great and I can get under that squat rack feeling unbelievable! Of course, if you have an actual knee injury, you need to consult a licensed doctor or therapist for evaluation.
