It also showed him mindset gaps between CEOs and COOs. He saw so much ADD in CEOs and so much focus in COOs. COOs and CEOs often speak a different language. He also saw many CEO networking and development organizations, but nothing for COOs. He created COO Alliance, a COO training network all about equipping COOs with everything they need to succeed in their roles as Second in Command - and to strengthen their relationship with their CEOs.
