2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Intake Manifold and Plenum Gasket Replacement

In this video, I replace the plenum plate and gasket on my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.9L V8 Magnum Engine. This is a well known common issue with all Dodge Magnum engines and applies to the 3.9L V6, 5.2L 318 V8, and 5.9L 360 V8. Replacing the Plenum gasket and Plenum plate is not a very difficult job to do and really only requires some basic hand tools as seen in the video. Altogether this took me about 4-8 hours to complete so by following the steps outlined in the video, it shouldn’t take longer than a weekend to complete.
