I do not recommend doing this on a Beefalo lol. This fight is soo tedious solo. Honestly all I do is put a bunch of Bunny Huts around Bee Queen and let them do the work. I originally wasn't going to do this boss video at all because of how impractical it is but I figured some people might call me out on it :/ That and I needed to do this fight in a different world as the Bee Queen area in my Twitch world is surrounded by bunnies and structures. So ignore all the random items in my inventory as this is my creative/testing world. Shout out to J J as this is where I got the arena design from. I spent a couple of hours in a creative/testing world trying to come up with a design to fight Bee Queen in and while I did come up with a straight line wall design, it never crossed my mind to do an X or Plus shape with them. Which ultimately works better. In my research, I found out a lot of solo Bee Queen videos are all about running away from the Grumble Bees and then tanking Bee Queen. Obviously that's not a good idea for a Beefalo strat. So yes I know you can use spices on Beefalos. I just didn't for this fight. These videos aren't necessarily tutorial videos. Just sort of how I go about fighting the bosses while using Beefalos.
