Building the forms, pouring, sanding, and sealing our concrete countertops. Price per linear foot: $24.41 $415 ÷ 17 feet This was a several week process. Red made the forms out of 1/2 inch plywood, and trimmed the edge with 2 inch aluminum angle. We use Quickrete countertop mix, wet sanded with regular 120 grit sand paper, and then stone ground and sealed the countertop with tung oil. We still need to add a coat of wax which will add more water protection and shine. We are Red and April, on this channel we are sharing our DIY off-grid home build and other projects.
