Great interview with head product hipster glasses David honcho... he was just 6 years with Google cloud and he is impressive in another great interview on Banking Transformed Podcast which is a fantastic channel. Cross selling is the public face but data mining and targeting products to the right consumers at the right time so they stay and buy more... this is how Sofi and Galileo win the future. Legacy banks do not even try to use data in the most basic sense.. and they don't constantly innovate.. they do one major tech update every 25 years.
