Professionally, he played a leading role in conceptualizing and overseeing the creation of several International Learning and Development departments within Fortune 200 companies, such as GE Capital and Synchrony Financial. Additionally, he serves as a strategic partner and guest lecturer for various universities, including the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, University of Connecticut, University of Illinois, and Savannah College of Art and Design, specializing in Neurodivergent Strengths and Inclusion. In 2023 he co-lead a first of its kind, Neurodiversity Early Career Program, and Playbook with UConn and University of Illinois. He has been featured in multiple publications including USA Today and produced the documentary, Blessed with Dyslexia and Neurodiversity. Holding a Master's of Art in Design Management & Innovation, Josh brings a unique perspective wherever he goes, as he is neurodivergent himself.
