The Betsy Ross Hotel - Jewel of Miami

This is the Betsy Ross Hotel, designed by architect, Lawrence Dixon in 1942 and situated at the north end of Ocean Drive in South Beach, Miami. It spans a large area between Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue and on the latter sat The Carlton Hotel which was designed by Henry Hohauser, another great architect of the thirties and forties. Along with, Dixon, the two were responsible for creating many of the art deco hotels which stand proudly along this famous stretch of Miami Beach. The two hotels were merged together in 2017 and totally refurbished to become what it is today, the #betsyrosshotel a beautiful boutique like hotel with the emphasis on family and luxury. Staying here would definitely enhance your stay in this very vibrant area of Miami as it did ours.
