Creamy Chicken Bow Tie Pasta with Parmesan and Corn Welcome back to my channel! Today, we're making a quick and easy Chicken Bow Tie Pasta with shredded Parmesan cheese and corn kernels. This dish is perfect for a 30-minute meal, combining tender chicken breast, thickly sliced and seasoned to perfection, with bow tie pasta in a rich, creamy Parmesan sauce. Ingredients: For the Chicken: 2 chicken breasts, thickly sliced ½ teaspoon salt 1½ teaspoons chili powder ½ teaspoon smoked paprika ½ teaspoon oregano ½ teaspoon mixed spices 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying) For the Pasta: 250g bow tie pasta For the Corn: 1 cup corn kernels (boiled) 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying) 1 teaspoon salt For the Creamy Sauce: 1 cup heavy cream ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon smoked paprika Instructions:** 1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Season and Cook the Chicken: Season the thick slices of chicken breast with salt, chili powder, smoked paprika, oregano, and mixed spices. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken slices and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 3. Prepare the Corn: In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the boiled corn kernels and season with 1 teaspoon of salt. Sauté the corn for about 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove half of the corn kernels from the skillet and set them aside. 4. Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet with the remaining corn, pour in the heavy cream. Add the shredded Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce begins to thicken, about 3-4 minutes. Season with ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika. 5. Combine and Serve: Add the cooked bow tie pasta to the creamy sauce, stirring until the pasta is well coated. Add the cooked chicken slices and the remaining half of the corn kernels back into the skillet, mixing everything together. Serve the dish hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
