This mod reveals beta content that is unlike any other. These voices, along with many other unused files, have been hidden on the CD the entire time. NTSC build didn't need them removed cause the disc had plenty of space. They were removed in PAL builds because they needed more room for Scrapbook on the disc. Niko and Korkonica built this mod together. To get it working they had to build it, scrap it, and rebuild it over and over.
