As a South Indian born and brought up in Melbourne, Janaki always felt the need to fit into western culture. The talk explores her journey in being the first and the youngest person from the Indian community to go on the Australia Musical reality show ‘The Voice’, all while embracing her roots. 13-year-old Janeki Easwar, is a young prodigy of immense talent in music and songwriting with a magical voice. She was a contestant in one of the biggest global singing competitions, The Voice Au Season 10. With her performances, she has inspired and touched the souls of many. Her debut single, " Clown" has made it to the International Songwriting Comp 2021. Her song, "I've been waiting", was featured in Rolling Stone India magazine.
