Scotland Road Trip 2022 - North West Highlands - Assynt - Lochinver & Suilven

Hello guys This was our first day in the far North West of Scotland. A stunning landscape of mountains, moorland, bog, lochans and seascapes. We stayed in Lochinver for a week, and travelled around the North West from there. On our first day, we tried out the famous Lochinver Larder - it's a place where people come from far and wide to try the legendry Lochinver Pies. -Succulent, sweet and savoury - we tried the Venison and Cranberry first - absolutely delicious!! Red Deer have made Lochinver their home. Gardens all have high fences to try and protect shrubs and flowers and vegetables!! We had a chat with one on the way into the village!! Managed to get the drone up finally after three days of constant rain, so you can see just how rugged and beautiful the landscape is. Suilven maybe the most iconic mountain in the whole of Scotland.
