If you've gone through ACL surgery and you're still in pain, even after you feel like you shouldn't be anymore - this video is for you! Recovery from ACL surgery can be a long, grueling process. But at some point, we expect to feel back to normal, right? Most of us think that this moment comes once we finish physical therapy - but that's rarely the case. Throughout the course of my ACL recovery - I found that there were 5 main things that really helped me to get my knee back to 100% pain-free - so I wanted to share some of those tools and tactics with you guys. I do want to stress that every body has a different healing timeline. For me, it took about 1.5 years post-op to build my knee to a point where I was pain-free. Be sure to not rush the process and give yourself grace. Or as I like to say - do your best and forget the rest.
