You must complete the nightfall on the Savathun's Song for a chance for this gun to drop. It has a very low chance to drop. Having a higher nightfall score will increase the chances. To get a Nightfall High Score, you must first get a Nightfall Scoring Card. To Get a Nightfall Scoring Card, you must complete a Prestige Nightfall this week, which should be much easier than usual. Once you have the Nightfall High Score Scoring card, you can adjust your modifiers like extinguish to increase your score multiplier.
