There is a problem in some societies where the problematic mental state is seen as incurable or the people with it are seen as “crazies”. -- "Time has become very fast and to catch up with the living standards and to be happy, requires more energy now than ever before. Especially while there is a big confusion for some people regarding some ideologies, gender identities, wars etc. Clear thinking nowadays is very important. Happiness is a choice, but one should be in a state to be able to choose. Having some troubles with conscious thinking could lead to clinical mental issues and the sad part of it is that in the most of the cases people themselves with health difficulty and their loved ones lose hope, as there is widespread belief in some societies that once problematic mental state lasts forever. Some conditions lead people to physical suicide, some – to spiritual suicide. I know perfectly that these words really don't matter for the person, who has lost trust in everything and is suffering by mental illness, but with this statement I would like to raise awareness in my small circle: For me, the most significant is to have loved ones, family, and close friends around the person who is fighting the demons. Just to be there, understand and support. In my imagination and experience, that is the most helpful, rather than losing hope and giving up.
