Creating a postage policy on eBay is an essential step for sellers to specify shipping options and costs for their listings. ►Log in to Your eBay Account ►Navigate to Seller Hub. ►In Seller Hub, locate the "Manage My eBay Store" section. Under this section, click on "Business policies." ►Under "Business policies," you should see various policy types, including "Payment policies," "Return policies," and "Postage policies." Click on "Create policy" under the "Postage policies" section. You'll be prompted to give your postage policy a name. Enter a descriptive name for your policy (e.g., "Standard Shipping" or "Express Shipping"). Select the type of postage policy you want to create. eBay offers different types of postage policies, such as domestic, international, and combined postage. Choose the appropriate type for your needs. ►You'll now need to specify the shipping options and costs for your postage policy. This may include: Domestic Shipping: Define the domestic shipping options you offer, such as standard shipping, expedited shipping, or free shipping. Specify the shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) you use for each option. International Shipping: If you offer international shipping, specify the countries you're willing to ship to and the shipping options available for international buyers. Shipping Costs: Set the shipping costs for each shipping option. You can choose to charge a flat rate, calculated rates based on the buyer's location, or offer free shipping. ►Depending on your shipping policy, you may have additional settings to configure.
