Easter 2024 challenge - Can I get around Traws Eryri, broken down into 3 days of riding, including the ChlimachX trail (Dyfi Valley), Coed Y Brenin, Penmachno and Gwydir Forest (Marin trail)? I'm an experienced trail rider and XC racer, new to doing long distance back-to-back routes. Rather than tackling just the regular route, I've ridden it semi-supported with clothing changes being carried ahead, incorporating some of the best of Welsh terrain across the Snowdonia (Eryri) area. Faced with conditions from hot sun, to rain and sleet storms, this is a rider's eye view of what you're likely to see en route, whether you're bikepacking, look to enjoy some glorious gravel, or want to indulge in some of the finest trail centres in the world along the way. 164 miles, 19,900ft climbing! This isn't an Insta/Influencer's video that sugarcoats everything - my video shows what you will come across, good and bad, ups and downs and everything in between.
