Sadhana for Beginners | How to Start Your Practice

Namaste! I'm Dr. Robert, and today on "5 Minutes with Dr. Robert," we dive into "Sadhana for Beginners." 🙏 The first step in sadhana is defining your goal, the more specific, the better. In Kali Yuga, it is said by many that the best type of sadhana is Bhakti Yoga—devotional yoga. This involves acknowledging the supreme reality, becoming devoted to it, and seeking its guidance in every aspect of life. Bhakti Yoga aims not for merging with the deity but aligning with it, enjoying the devotional love. The Srimad Bhagavatam advises worshiping the supreme personality in a desired form, ideally with a teacher's guidance. Start simple: choose your deity, define your worship method, and stay open to divine suggestions. Focus on your goal and pursue it relentlessly. Remember, intense sadhana can bring up karmic challenges, so move at a pace you can handle without harming your health or mind. 👇 Explore more with me online and get your free ebook, "Analyzing Karma: Fate or Free Will?" by checking the links below. 🕉️ Get my free ebook, "Analyzing Karma: Fate or Free Will?" here: https://bit.ly/karmaebook 📚 Study live with me in the Satsanga: https://drsvoboda.teachable.com/p/sat...
