Let’s be honest. 🍽️ After years of trial and error, I've finally figured out what keeps me feeling energized and satisfied while not tearing up my GI track. In case you’re curious and would like to give one of my staple foods a try, I’ll leave them below for you so that you can make it for yourself. My only stipulation is that I would love to hear about some of your staple daily foods. So, make sure to share below so that we can give each other some new ideas. :) Abby’s Staple, Non-negotiable Foods: #1 Fruit Salad Melon of choice (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew) Pineapple Strawberries An apple (Granny Smith are any fav) #2 Banana PB Cereal Bowl Grapes 2 Chilled Bananas Cereal of Choice (My fav are the high protein ones) 2 TSPB of All-natural, sugar-free PB (My go to is the Kirkland brand) A Pinch of Himalayan Salt Milk of choice (I use unsweetened almond) Thanks for joining me in today’s video – I hope you enjoy watching as much as I enjoyed eating!
