Cluster beans moong dal curry is a delicious Indian recipe served as a side dish. Beans moong dal is a simple stir fry recipe of french beans with split yellow gram. Grated coconut is usually added to enhance the flavor of beans poriyal or sabzi in South Indian cooking. It is a great accompaniment to sambar or even rasam. Ingredients: Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoons Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons Curry leaves 1 Springs Ginger(chopped) 1 Teaspoons Moong dal 1 Cup Dry red chilly 3 Numbers Fennel seeds 1/2 Teaspoons Salt 0 To Oil 2 Tablespoons Coriander leaves(chopped) 1 Teaspoons Asafoetida 1 Pinch Onion(chopped) 1/2 Cup Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons Cluster beans(chopped) 1 Cup Directions: 1. Soak the moong dal for 30 mins. 2. Take a mixie jar and add moong dal, red chilly, fennel seeds, little salt blend it, to make coarse paste. 3. Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, ginger, onions, salt, turmeric powder, cluster beans and cook until cluster beans are soft. 4. Add moong dal paste and cook it for 5 mins. 5. Atlast add coriander leaves and mix nicely.
