Watercolour Cake Tutotial- Rosie's Dessert Spot

In this tutorial I demonstrate how to achieve a semi-blended watercolour look on your fondant cakes and how to then dress it up with edible gold dust and edible gold leaf. No painting experience needed, this is just a super easy and fun creation to make. They fill the viles themselves so I'm not too sure what the brand is exactly, but their gold dust is awesome. It's a basic edible luster dust. The gold leaf can be purchased from your local cake decorating supplier, although I also know you can find them on e-bay pretty easily as well. The gold leaf on e-bay that is available for purchase in Australia all seem to come from Thailand. I have purchased a pack and placed the gold leaf on my macarons and eaten them. I'm still here, healthy and alive. But definitely make your own decisions when buying edible products from overseas. Thanks for tuning in guys!!
