The MONAIAuto3DSeg extension for 3D Slicer provides dozens of pre-trained 3D image segmentation models, which are designed to be fast and run anywhere within minutes, even without a GPU. The models can segment images of various modalities (CT, MRI), anatomies (mediastinal, vertebra, brain, prostate, lungs, etc.) and pathologies (tumor, hemorrhage, edema, etc.), using one or more input images.
