Here's a review of The Midland Hotel in Manchester, UK. It's magnificent. This is the FIFTH of my reviews of the famous British Transport Hotels. Built near the old Manchester Central Station, The Midland Hotel is near St Peter's Square and all Manchester's shops, bars restaurants and night life. It's just had a £14m refurbishment. We're staying in a Superior Double room and we'll have a full room tour. We'll also check out the architecture, bar and the full English breakfast. But, my experience was marred by a service issue that left me feeling annoyed.
