Here's how to access the advanced preferences menu of your StroboClip HD. For the general quick start video on using your StroboClip HD, click here instead.    • StroboClip HD - Quick Start   From the OFF state, press and hold the plus and minus buttons together. The display back-light will turn on and then off. Once the back-light has turned off, release the buttons. The first thing you will see is the firmware version of your StroboClip HD as noted by the letter F and then 3 numbers. To access your configuration setting, press the menu button until the letter C appears. Pressing the plus or minus button will change between FDR, for factory default reset, or the name of your custom configuration, most commonly USR, for User. For a video on customizing your StroboClip HD through the Peterson Tuners website, click here.    • Peterson Connect Official   Out of the box, the StrocoClip HD will rearrange the order of the presets so that your most commonly used Sweeteners appear at the top of the list in the order of most recently used. To change this Auto Preset order feature within the advanced preferences menu, press the menu button until the letter A appears. Then, use the plus and minus buttons to turn Auto Preset Re-Order ON or OFF. To change the way you'd like your tuner to display accidentals, within the advanced preferences menu, press the MENU button until a bar appears along side the letters DFT. Use the plus and minus button to choose between a mixture of sharp and flat notation, all sharps, or all flats. Setting this parameter to DFT allows the active sweetener to choose how notes are displayed. All factory sweeteners are set to show sharps, but custom sweeteners can be set on a per-sweetener basis.
