Bring eggs to room temperature (keep on countertop for 30 min) 2. In a bowl grate turmeric root 3. Add cold water to the bowl 4. Transfer grated turmeric root mixture into a pot 5. Stir to mix it thoroughly 6. Add uncooked eggs to the mixture (single layer) 7. The eggs should be covered with the mixture by 1 inch (2.5 cm) 8. Bring the mixture to a boil 9. When it starts boiling, turn off the heat 10. Cover the pot and allow to cool completely 11. Take the eggs out of the cool mixture 12. Place on paper towel to dry 13. Use olive oil to polish the eggs to get a natural glow 14. Put a small amount of olive oil on a napkin or small piece of paper towel 15. Gently swipe the surface of eggs 16.
