running errands on a rainy Saturday

Kia Ora! Thanks for tuning into this episode of The Commute! If you enjoyed, please subscribe, leave a like, and if you'd like to share your thoughts, post a comment down below! It helps out immensely 😊 A little bit about me: My name's Michael and I am a school teacher in my twenties, going about my day to day in New Zealand. I began The Commute to turn the dull activity of driving to work each day into a creative and productive outlet. It's a chance for me to connect with my community, share my ideas, and ramble for ten to twenty minutes each day about everything and anything! I enjoy reading, bird-watching, gaming, gardening, playing guitar, travelling, listening to music, and being in nature. Gear I use: I use a GoPro Hero 12 Black, and a cheap wind-shield mount I bought off TradeMe. That's it! I don't edit my content, I merely hit record, upload the file to my phone, and upload via YouTube Studio. My thumbnails are captured in the GoPro Quik app. It's a simple, but effective way of making videos, and bodes me well! It means so much to know people enjoy hearing me ramble. I'm loving connecting with you all, and building a small community of like-minded folk. As always, have a wonderful morning, afternoon, or evening, (whenever you're watching this!) and I will see you on the next episode of The Commute! --- Recommendations: As of writing this, my favourite books are either Shōgun, by James Clavell, the Song of Ice and Fire series, by George R. R. Martin, or Lonesome Dove, by Larry McMurtry (I am only half-way through Lonesome Dove but it is excellent). My comfort shows are The Vicar of Dibley and Still Game, however, if you're after something more serious, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, and Line fo Duty (up to Season 3) are excellent. For music, I have a lot to recommend!
