I wanted to see how well this $40 radio would actually work, so I tested it with a few different drones in D8 and D16 mode. Some worked great, but at least one was terrible! Which do you think it was? Details below: BETAFPV Lite Radio 2: From betafpv: https://bit.ly/lite-radio-2 From getfpv: https://bit.ly/2X8Ja77 The radio I usually use is a Taranis Q X7. I have upgraded it with HAL gimbals and Crossfire (which required a tricky internal modification). I like my radio, but I don't recommend it to people any more because FrSky is trying to push their new ACCESS protocol and drop support for whoops, D8, and all non-FrSky-manufactured devices. Isn't it ironic that "ACCESS" is all about restricting access to which drones and receivers you can use? I guess FrSky doesn't understand just how many people bought their radios in order to fly those drones. :-/ Drones used in this video: Meteor75 (http://bit.ly/2Rjp6dU) Crossbones 5-inch (https://bit.ly/2ZE40N9) HX115 HD (http://bit.ly/2kOanve, • HX115 HD Full Review (prototype to pr... ) Radio receivers used in this video: Meteor75 has the BETAFPV 1-2S AIO with build in SPI receiver (http://bit.ly/2LERdUz) Crossbones 5-inch has the FrSky R-XSR (https://bit.ly/2ZGbsYi) HX115 HD has the FrSky XM+ (http://bit.ly/37R2MPn)
