Chicken Pakoda Five Types Ingredients: Boneless Chicken - 1kg Salt - to taste Fennel powder - ½ teaspoon Chilli powder - ¼ cup Food color - pinch Ginger garlic paste - ¼ cup Garam masala - 2 tablespoons Turmeric powder- 2 teaspoons Eggs - 2 number Maida - 1 cup Water - as required Oil - to fry Green chili - Curry leaves - 2 sprigs Chick pea flour - ½ cup Shahi jeera - ½ teaspoon Carom seeds - ½ teaspoon Semolina - ½ cup Butter milk - 1 cup Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon Bread crupms - ½ cup Curry leaf powder - 2 table spoons Method: To make Street style chicken pakora, take roughly cut chicken pieces, add salt, fennel powder, chili powder, food color, ginger garlic paste, gram masala, turmeric, mix well. Now add egg, maida, water, some oil mix well again and deep fry in oil till they are crispy and nice. Serve hot with fried green chili, curry leaves, lemon, and onions. To make Onion chicken pakoda, take chickpea flour in a plate, add oil, salt, chili powder, garam masala, onions, chopped chicken, curry leaves, coriander and by adding some water mix well. Now heat oil in a pan drop the chicken mixture like a pakodas and fry till they get a nice color. To make Rava chicken pakoda cut the chicken in thin strips and keep aside. To prepare masala, take ginger garlic paste, to that add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, shahi jeera, carom seeds, salt, mix all together and coat to chicken strips Now add seasoned flour, egg, mix well. Take semolina in a plate, roll the coated chicken pieces and deep fry in oil till they getting crunchy. To make Chicken nugget-style pakoda, take a plate to add red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, chicken pieces, seasoned flour, egg mix well, coat with bread crumbs, deep fry in oil till they are nice and crisp. To make Buttermilk Curry leaf chicken pakoda- take a bowl to add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder, curry leaf powder, ginger garlic paste, maida, salt, mix well and keep aside for 2-3 hour. Now coat the soaked chicken pieces in seasoned flour, also coat the chicken in buttermilk, again roll in the flour, deep fry them in oil, till they are crispy. Finally, serve all the pakodas along with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
