HDPE cutting demo on a customer's standard series 800mm x 1200mm table. This machine features our manual toolchanging system (MTCS). The difficulty when manually changing tools is getting the material surface zero the same as the previous tool, since tool stick-outs vary in length. MTCS is designed to work with normal automatic toolchanging post processors, all you have to do is generate multiple tools with the relevant post processor.
