Drill Press Spindle and Chuck Disassembly

This video shows how to remove the chuck and spindle assembly from a 1979 Craftsman 15 1/2” floor drill press (113.213710) with 1/2HP motor. I bought this drill press before I knew what to look for, and I got a fair bit of use out of it before my standards rose and the runout became a problem. I was hoping it was a bearing that needed replacement, but it looks like the spindle is out of round. The spindle pulley doesn't look great either. I'm not a machinist so it looks like it’s time to shop for a drill press again... Let me know if you have any ideas to fix this!
