This is Timy’s story. An example of how Happee Hearts Movement works together with community partners to bring about optimal outcomes for our patients with Intellectual Disability, and their caregivers. Often, many do not see the quality of life, the genuine interactions, the individuality, and the real impact that PWID have on those around them. The warmth, smiles and sentiments shared in this video are just one illustration of the difference our team can make in the lives of one family. Together, we can improve the lives and well-being of people with ID and their families! Please do support us in spirit, and in pocket if possible. Our service is heavily subsidised. This is important as a significant proportion of the families we serve face financial challenges. A donation of $300 will support the cost of a doctor’s consult together with investigations and medications, while a $120 donation will cover the cost of a nursing intervention. Every small amount contributes to enabling access to healthcare for our patients. Your donation will ensure that we can continue to keep our service affordable to all.
