Choosing which traditional dishes to try was honestly a challenge in itself. There are just so many options, and every single one of them sounded amazing. I mean, do I go for the popular Jollof Rice, or do I venture out and try something new like Fufu or Banku? The possibilities were endless, and I wanted to try everything. I was told that the food in Ghana was all about the flavors, the spices, the love and care that went into preparing each and every dish. With so many delicious options to choose from, I knew I had to prioritize. I started with the most popular dishes, the ones that everyone raved about, and then moved on to some of the more unique and lesser-known options.
