Universitas Prasetiya Mulya upholds the formation of business people and professionals with character, integrity, and value for pluralism and social orientation. These principles are reflected in the character-building values we implement in any level of education: CHAIN (Caring, Humility, Achieving, Integrity, and Non-Discrimination) and LEAMICA (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Analytical Thinking, Maturity, Interpersonal Relationship, Communication, and Achievement). CHAIN and LEAMICA are applied in all Universitas Prasetiya Mulya’s activities. Starting from the orientation phase, Prasetiya Mulya Gear Up, to various activities that require students to collaborate and think innovatively, such as the annual Community Development event that sharpens students’ senses to develop small businesses. In addition, both values are also applied during internship opportunities since their first day in the university. Students of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya are able to express their Prasmulyan characters through real-life industrial patrons and practical approaches.
