This is everything I am going to be doing for the next 75 Days! Also want to let you all know this is actually Day 1! I am restarting 75 Hard because I got a DEXA scan that shows my exact body fat percentage and weight and I prepaid for another scan scheduled for the end of 75 Hard so that we can see if I gained muscle and lost fat. Forgot to mention that some days I will dedicate to low impact (walks and yoga) so that I won't get injured from overtraining.
