In today's video I'm doing smoked salmon on my pellet grill, pit boss smoked salmon to be exact! Smoked salmon is absolutely delicious, and very healthy for you! You can use smoked salmon for a variety of dishes, or even just snack on it cold. Smoked salmon is easy to do, and doing it on a pellet grill makes it even easier! For this smoked salmon, I used my Pit Boss Pro Series 1600, and I loaded it up with almost 20 fillets of wild caught Alaskan salmon. I highly recommend trying this recipe, it is guaranteed to be a hit!
