Running the Entire La Cloche Silhouette Trail - Killarney Provincial Park

The La Cloche Silhouette Trail is a rugged 76km backcountry hiking/camping trail, with almost 3,000 meters of elevation gain, located in Killarney Provincial Park. I first set foot on this trail in 2019 with my cousin. We completed the trail in 4 days and 3 nights and made some incredible, life-changing memories. Killarney instantly became a special place to me. I returned a year later (2020) with my friend, an experienced ultra runner, and we were able to complete the trail in a single push. It took us 18 hours and 41 minutes, and it was my first ultramarathon. In the 3 years since then, I had a burning question inside of me; could I successfully navigate the entire trail alone, and finish in under 16 hours? I was no longer able to ignore that question.
