Nàila in "Kaho na kaho - Tamally maak" (Hindi - Arabic Egyptian)

Nàila was born in Naples (Italy) where she graduated in Education and specialized in Special Needs. Currently she lives in Southampton (UK). She studied ballet and modern-jazz dance but always being passionate about singing as well. In July 2024 she performed as the only Italian singer representing her Country at Southampton Mela Festival by ArtAsia on the World Stage; she also performed for the first time in Hindi language at Eastleigh Mela Festival by Unity 101 and AWCA. In April 2024 she performed in Hebrew language as Holy Land personification in the show "E l'Oriente si oscurò" by Grazia Liguori and Arianna Bosco in Ischia and Forio (Naples, Italy). In December 2023 she performed in 6 episodes of the music TV show "Canzonissime" by Leonardo Ippolito, Televomero Channel 11 (Naples, Italy). In November 2023 she performed "Caruso" by Lucio Dalla as the only Italian singer in the show "Om Shanti Om: diversity through music" by Unity 101 Community Radio, Southampton (UK) at MAST Mayflower Studios. In May 2023 she sang Sicilian songs written/composed by Giampiero Mazzone who got the award "Nel cuore dei coralli - Peppino Impastato" in Cinisi (Palermo, Sicily). In April 2022 she was invited, from abroad, by one of the most important theatre musical shows Director/Scenographer in Italy, Maestro Bruno Garofalo, as a special guest "Madrina" in Terraemotus Neapolitan Talent at Trianon Viviani Theatre (Napoli, Italy) based on Marisa Laurito idea. She acted in the short film "Memories" for Sunderland University, providing advice about the soundtracks. She sings in many languages (Italian, Neapolitan and other dialects, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Hebrew). She won “Primavera Canora Francesco Durante” Singing Festival in Frattamaggiore (Naples, Italy); she won Review’s Award “Carlo Alberto Rossi” as emergent singer artist, assigned by Osvaldo Miccichè and Marco Balestri at Saint Vincent Hit Festival (Valle D’Aosta, Italy); she was special guest at Sicily Festival in Palermo (Italy); she won "22° Nota d'Oro" Festival in Corato (Ba,Italy) and awarded by the great musicians Vince Tempera and Marco Rinalduzzi; she won the "14º Lennon Festival" in Belpasso (Catania,Sicily); she got the “Solidarity Award 2010” as singer and as Italian Red Cross member by Camigliano town (Ce,Italy) for performing in Arabic during the reception of the migrants arrived from the northern Africa to southern Italian coasts. She sang in many charity’s event like Telethon. She was special guest singer, accompanied by Augusto Visco Orchestra, in tv shows “Napoli: parole e musica” directed by Pino Moris with Gloriana and Giacomo Rizzo. She performed with the Tunisian musician Marzouk Mejri in “Nero Francia: bleu, blanc, beur” at Comunale Theatre in Caserta (Italy) directed by Nunzio Areni. She sang and danced in “Cunto e canto” and “LiberaMente” theater shows. She sang in arabic and danced with the belly dancer Deva in the “Oriental Drink Show”. She was special guest in “Capri Event” tv shows. She sang/acted lyrics about Shoah, also read/performed by the Poet Edoardo Sanguineti. She sang in arabic and hebrew at “Assisi peace march” at the presence of Israeli-Palestinian delegation “Fighters for the peace”. She sang for “The day of memory: Foibe” for the Italian journalist Tiziana Panella. She performed in the musicals: “Napoli Milionaria” with Clelia Bertini; “Tutte donne meno io” with Ettore Squillace; “1789: cronaca di una rivoluzione” as Lady Oscar (from the famous cartoon about the french revolution) produced by Fabio Brescia; ”Pinocchio: the musical” as Angela (with the Pooh musics and lyrics); “Dal Vesuvio al Cupolone”; ”Napoli-Roma:andata e ritorno” produced by Leonardo Ippolito, written by Raffaele De Novellis and directed by the choreographer Enzo Castaldo; "Nuovo Teatro Paradiso" with Diego Sanchez; “All’ombra del Vesuvio” directed by Aldo Masella (Theatre Carcano of Milan, Italy) at Casa Italiana in Washington DC (USA); “Napoli e le sue canzoni” at An Die Musik Live in Baltimore MD and in many clubs of Washington DC, Bethesda MD and Arlington VA (USA). She was the only female singer accompanied by Demo Morselli Orchestra in “Terra d’amore” directed by Roberto Cenci with Maurizio Costanzo and Roberta Capua in the gardens of the Royal Palace of Caserta (Italy). She performed an international repertory at “Cabaret Portalba” Theatre in Naples (Italy). She was singer guest for Pascal Vicedomini events.
