Fry the luncheon meat cubes until crispy on all sides. Remove from heat and set aside. Step 2: Prepare the egg floss 1. Add the butter and cooking oil to a frying pan over medium to low heat. 2. Let the butter melt and mix with the oil. 3. Slowly drizzle the egg yolk into the pan through a sieve while stirring continuously. 4. Add in curry leaves, chili, and sugar.
