Testing the new .22 lr self-defense ammunition from CCI with my KEL-TEC P17. It features a copper jacketed hollow point bullet with skiving to help the bullet open up and expand into 6 petals all the while delivering around 8 inches of penetration in ballistic gel when fired from 2.5" to 4" semi auto pistols... or at least that's what's advertised... the ads show beautifully expanded bullets.... does it deliver?
